Coldspring-Oakhurst Consolidated ISD Police Chief Roosevelt Joseph promoted three COCISD police officers on Wednesday, Sept. 12. “With the enlargement of the department, (the promotion) was needed to establish a chain of command,” said Chief Joseph. “We now have seven full time and three part-time officers. This enables us to have at least one officer on each campus at all times, for maximum security.”
